Making Your Reservation

If you are purchasing a Gift Certificate for someone, please complete the Gift Certificate Request Form.

We fly up to 4 passengers per flight (Maximum of 4) and offer sunrise flights only (Conditions in this area are rarely conducive to afternoon flights, therefore we do not book afternoon flights).

After submitting the Request Form, you will be contacted by someone from Wanderlust Balloons to confirm the availability of your requested date and answer any questions that you may have.

PAYMENT: Wanderlust Balloons accepts the following three methods of payment.  If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

​

1. Credit Card on the day of the flight or online through via Square.  There is an additional fee for credit card payments - please see our Rates Page for more information.

2. Check -- (paid on the day of the flight).

3. Cash -- (paid on the day of the flight).

PASSENGER WEIGHT LIMITATIONS: 

Due to rising temperatures and increasing passenger weights we unfortunately, must implement some weight restrictions for our flights. Since we fly only smaller balloons (2 to 4 passenger maximums), the lifting capacity for loaded weights is more limited than larger balloons.  In addition, there is the consideration of limited space in the smaller balloon baskets.

We do realize that this can be an uncomfortable situation for some people and we truly apologize for that, but we must always consider passenger safety and comfort our greatest priorities.

The following will apply for future flights:

1) The average passenger weight should 215 lbs. or less per person with no single passenger weight to exceed 240 lbs.  If weights exceed these limits, then it would be necessary to purchase 1 additional space in the balloon at the Shared Flight Rate.

2) You could also purchase our Private Flight at the Sweetheart Flight Rate, where you would have the larger balloon to yourselves.

CANCELLATIONS:

We understand that there are many reasons for cancelling a reservation once it has been made. 

But, please note that, once you have made your reservation, we will be holding that space in the balloon for you on that date. If you must cancel for any reason, PLEASE LET US KNOW AS SOON AS POSSIBLE so that we may offer someone else the opportunity to fly on that date.
