Making Your Reservation

Please complete the Reservation Request Form below.

If you are purchasing a Gift Certificate for someone, please complete the Gift Certificate Request Form.

 

We fly up to 4 passengers per flight (Maximum of 4) and offer sunrise flights only (Conditions in this area are rarely conducive to afternoon flights, therefore we do not book afternoon flights).

After submitting the Request Form, you will be contacted by someone from Wanderlust Balloons to confirm the availability of your requested date and answer any questions that you may have.

​

 

PAYMENT: Wanderlust Balloons accepts the following three methods of payment.  If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

​

1. Credit Card on the day of the flight or online through via Square.  There is an additional fee for credit card payments - please see our Rates Page for more information.

​

2. Check -- (paid on the day of the flight).

3. Cash -- (paid on the day of the flight).

​

CANCELLATIONS:

We understand that there are many reasons for cancelling a reservation once it has been made. 

But, please note that, once you have made your reservation, we will be holding that space in the balloon for you on that date. If you must cancel for any reason, PLEASE LET US KNOW AS SOON AS POSSIBLE so that we may offer someone else the opportunity to fly on that date.

PLEASE LIST NAMES EXACTLY AS YOU WISH THEM TO APPEAR ON YOUR PERSONALIZED FLIGHT CERTIFICATE(S) (i.e., Sara & John Smith for ONE certificate OR Sara Smith, John Smith for TWO separate certificates).  Weights can be listed after names as follows: 130, 175, 200, etc.

TYPE of flight requested:

PRIVATE FLIGHT IS AVAILABLE FOR TWO PASSENGERS ONLY.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:  We will send you an email to let you know if your initial desired date is available. If not, you will be scheduled on the next available date listed here.  Please keep in mind that, during our busiest time it is possible that none of your listed dates will be available. If that should occur, we thank you for your understanding and hope that you will try to fly with us another time.

PLEASE NOTE:

Passengers may be required to climb over the side of the balloon basket and must be able to stand for the duration of the flight.  Please keep this in mind, should you have any physical or medical issues that may preclude you from either of these. Please DO NOT book a reservation if you are currently PREGNANT.  These requests and limitations are applied ONLY for your safety.  THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING.  If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
