How we make your experience special . . . we realize that this may be your ONLY experience with a hot air balloon flight, so we want to make it as special and memorable as possible. Our Flying Season
Mid/Late October to May is our typical flying season. We DO NOT operate during summer months, as high temperatures can adversely effect safe flight conditions. Our primary concern is ALWAYS passenger safety.

COVID-19 Safe Practices
While our balloon flights do take place in open air, being in a balloon basket requires passengers to be in close proximity to one another. Therefore, we have made a few changes to our operations. These changes are made solely in the interest of SAFETY and WELL BEING of our passengers and crew members.
FACE MASKS REQUIRED (at this time): Since 'social distancing' is not possible in the balloon basket and/or the chase vehicle (where passengers will be in close proximity of one another), face masks will be REQUIRED. If you do not have a mask upon arrival, a complimentary mask will be provided. This is strictly in consideration of your's and our own health, safety and well-being. Face masks may be removed for photos. Thank you for understanding.
EQUIPMENT SANITIZATION: All balloon equipment and vehicle interiors are sanitized before and after each flight. Additionally, we allow at least 12 - 24 hours between uses of all balloon equipment.
HAND SANITIZER: Our crew will have hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes for your use upon request.
POST FLIGHT PICNIC STYLE BRUNCH CHANGE: We have sadly come to the conclusion that (for now) our post flight picnic celebration does not provide a safe social-distancing environment. Therefore, we will not be conducting the post-flight celebration as a shared 'picnic'. HOWEVER, we will make certain that each passenger receives a post-flight 'celebration gift' as a replacement. We hope to someday be able to return to the post-flight social picnic format. We truly enjoy sharing that time with everyone! Thank you for your understanding.
